Lawn Boy 10687

I've got a Lawn boy 10687 push mower that has stumped me. Equipped with BCS (Blade control system) As I push the handle to engauge Blade it wants to die instead of starting blade. Mower runs great other then that. Any ideas? I'm at a loss

I've got a lawn boy 10687 Sesa speed runs fine. When engauge BCS for blade mower dies. Relay checks out good. Looking for a diagram for drive transmission as I've got a spring that was somewhere hooked up to it. Thinkin that may have something to do with it. Any help be appreciated. pics below
