Mulching BOB-CAT XRZ PRO 48" mulch kit 970533 baffles not in mulch kit

June 23rd the dealer delivered my new BOB-CAT XRZ PRO 48" and brought along what I presumed was a mulch kit that I asked for when I bought the mower. However all that was in the kit were three mulch blades and a chute blocking plate (ECO plate). I had anticipated replacement baffles for mulching would be included. So I got in touch with the dealer and was told that the mulch kit that included the baffles (Mulch Kit # 970533 was $300.00 including tax so they opted for the mulch kit without the baffles. Customer satisfaction is in question here; I don't really want to be contentious about this issue so some guidance and suggestions will be appreciated.

To prevent the untimely demise of this and other threads like it, would it be possible to allow users to edit their posts long term, so that we can replace these Photobucket links with uploaded photos or images from a different hosting site? I'd even be willing to pay for a better image hosting platform on this server so we can post full size pictures instead of thumbnails. I'd trust my pics to LMF before any other hosting site.

Toro z5000 - Just clicks once when starting

I have a Toro z5000 0 turn, pretty reliable, used this season multiple times. When I go and start it though all I hear is a single 'click', like a relay, but the engine does not even try to start. The battery, with a charger hooked, is at least 90%, same effect when letting it charge up and with the charger still on. When you engage/disengage the mower, move the 0turn arms you can hear a quiet click, I expect the safety engaging/disengaging. I do not hear the same from depressing the seat button, but do not think it is that; if I have an arm engaged it does not even make the click sound. Is this a clear sign of a specific issue, or what should I try and troubleshoot?

replaced engagement cable...still not working

Any help would appreciated...
Was cutting the grass the other day...all of a sudden, blades stopped spinning. Found the spring on the end of the engagement cable had broke.
Replaced that yesterday(seems a bit tight, but it is all hooked up). Blades will still not engage.
Could two things have broken at the exact same time? Not sure what else to check.
I'm about a week behind in cutting the back yard now.

I just purchased 2 new rear wheels for my HRX217HXA.
I noticed the new bearings seemed to be dry.
Do I need to add grease? If so which type?

Engine Dixon RAM 50 PTO stuck?

I have a 2004 Dixon RAM 50 ZTR and I was mowing with it yesterday
and turned off the PTO and when I attempted to turn the PTO back
on it did not engage.

I Shut the motor off and now it will not turn over... I suspect that the
PTO interlock switch is stuck.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem and are there
any service documents available for this model?
