Electric clutch will not in-gauge

I have a Dixon ZTR mower that sat all winter in the outdoors (covered but the cover blew off and wasn't noticed for sometime). Now the mower deck will not in-gauge when I pull the switch. I am sure it is a poor electrical connection that I could probably track down, put was hoping someone might have a short cut in narrowing down the problem?
