I have ybsxs.2051hf 5.5 hp tiller engine. It seized from gas getting into the oil. I was succcessful in turning the flywheel to free it but now flywheel will not manually turn a complete revolution without stopping, either direction. likely cause? Thanks in advance.
Briggs Seized now free but Stops in less than 1 turn???
